Fariha takes a warm, collaborative, and person-centred approach, helping young people feel safe, supported, and understood. Ushna is an accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist with experience working across NHS Talking Therapies Services, Clinical Health Psychology Services, Community Mental Health Teams, Specialist Domestic Violence and Trauma Services, and local authorities. She has also worked as a Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner and Senior Assistant Psychologist, contributing to her holistic and formulation-driven approach to therapy.
